Four-color RubOns
FORMATS
In order to facilitate a safe and quick understanding about color and accuracy of the color laser printout, a maximum surface area of 26 x 37 cm of useable space is available. You can make a multitude of copies of your images within this area. We recommend using a space of 1.5 cm between images.
ARTWORK
In order to produce your four-color RubOns, we need either a final color artwork with a maximum size of 26 x 37 cm or a computer file from you. We prefer files from programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. In case eps files are placed in a layout program, we additionally require each of the orginal files.
Please set all colors as fulltone colors in the PDF file. Please put spot colors such as white, silver and gold on separate layers in separate full color tones. This also applies for those elements in Photoshop that have to be set in separate spot color channels.
DEADLINES
In most cases, we can complete your four-color RubOns within 48 hours. An exact schedule agreement is absolutely necessary because of varying amounts of work involved. As a service provider for the digitial and analog production of presentations, our experienced personnel are available to you for detailed advice.
COSTS
For multicolor fulltone prints and four-color prints, we can give you a binding offer according to your reproduction-ready and printable computer files.
Color corrections, the creation of masks and other processing of your computer files cost € 79..00 euros per hour; transferring and assembly cost € 79.00 euros per hour.
FORMATS
The format for the calculation is determined by your image’s widest dimension plus 2 centimeters working space.
COLORS
Color mixing to match your sample or Pantone®, HKS®, RAL, etc. is 17.00 euros per color. No surcharge for white and black.
MULTICOLOR
We provide multicolor fulltone RubOns in combination printing on one carrier sheet. Based on the varying amounts of work for the lithography, we can give you a binding price only after we take a look at your artwork.
ARTWORK
The print is made from unreversed film negatives, created from your artwork (for example Illustrator, InDesign or PDF files). Please set colors as fulltone spot colors.
DEADLINES
You can receive fulltone RubOns event within a few hours if necessary.

... because charges are based on the printed surface, it is to your advantage to place the number of logos needed on the the sheet.
... when you tell us the material is onto which you will transfer the RubOn, or even send us a sample, we can appropriately adjust the adhesive.
... color copies and laser print outs are affixed with silicon; if you let them sit for a few hours or spray them with spray varnish, RubOns generally adhere without any problems..
